By accessing or using Vrrai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Vrrai is an AI-powered travel companion that provides destination recommendations, itinerary planning, restaurant and hotel discovery, weather information, and group travel event organisation with payment collection features.
Vrrai uses a virtual currency called "Vrrai Coins" for AI-powered features. Each AI request costs 7 coins. Coins can be purchased through the app or earned via the referral programme (25 coins for referrer, 75 coins for new user). Coins have no cash value and are non-refundable. Purchased coins do not expire.
Vrrai allows users to create group travel events and collect payments from participants. A platform commission applies to each payment collected. Payment processing is handled through third-party providers (PesaPal, KPay). Event organisers are responsible for delivering the services advertised in their events.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: creating fraudulent events, attempting to circumvent payment systems, sharing inappropriate content, or violating applicable laws.
Vrrai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including travel decisions made based on AI recommendations.
